Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/4 lb. butter
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in small saucepan.
    Add flour, stir and cook until smooth.
    Add cream cheese, stir until smooth.
    Beat eggs; add milk, cheese, baking powder, salt and sugar, stir until well blended. Add flour/cream cheese mixture, blend well.
    Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
