Yum Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. box lemon gelatin
    1 (No. 2) can crushed, undrained pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Heat pineapple, water, sugar and salt to a boiling point.
    Add gelatin and cream cheese. Stir until dissolved.
    Set until firm. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
