Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. rice vinegar
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 sliced green onion
    1 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame seed
    1 lb. fresh vegetables, cut into sticks or pieces and blanched (if needed)
Preparation
    In large bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients.
    Stir in green onion and sesame seed.
    Add vegetables; toss.
    Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
