Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar and salt together.
    Cut shortening into flour.
    Blend together vinegar, water and egg and add to dry ingredients.
    Toss until moistened and forms a ball.
    Divide into 4 portions.
    Wrap in waxed paper and place in a Ziploc bag. Freeze until ready to use.
