Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. pre-seasoned stuffing
5 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
salt and butter
Preparation
-
Cook and drain spinach.
Mix all ingredients and form into small bite size balls.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Place in casserole dish and pour your favorite spaghetti sauce over them.
Heat before serving.
