Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. broccoli
    3/4 c. Egg Beaters
    1 c. no-fat yogurt
    3/4 c. evaporated skim milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. no-fat Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain. Beat eggs, yogurt, milk and cornstarch. Stir in remaining ingredients except broccoli.
    Spray a 9-inch baking pan with Pam.
    Put broccoli in pan and pour mixture over it. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
