Crepe Suzettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine
    eggs, milk, flour, sugar and salt.
    Beat until very smooth.
    Drop just enough batter on well-greased griddle to make thin consistency.
    Brown slowly on both sides.
    Spread lightly with desired filling.
