Berry-Cream Tart - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
lightly beaten egg white
Preparation

Mix flour with sugar in a large bowl.
Cut in margarine until size of peas.
Form with hands into a ball of dough.
Press dough firmly in bottom and up sides of ungreased 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
Brush bottom of pastry with lightly beaten egg white.
Bake on center rack in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
Cool completely, then remove rim.
