Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. self-rising flour
powdered sugar
filling
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. cinnamon
nuts, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs for 5 minutes.
Add sugar slowly.
Mix in pumpkin plus lemon juice.
Fold in flour plus cinnamon.
Pour into greased and floured flat pan.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Turn out on towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Roll up and cool in refrigerator.
