Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 qt. milk
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix together egg, vanilla, sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Set aside.
    Combine milk and evaporated milk; stir in rice and egg mixture.
    Heat all ingredients to a boil or until thickens, stirring constantly.
    Pour in bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.
