Heavenly Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 medium potatoes
    1 onion, grated
    1 c. butter, melted
    1 pt. whipped cream
    1 pt. half and half
    salt and pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Parboil potatoes for 20 minutes.
    Cool and refrigerate.
    Peel and grate potatoes into 3-quart casserole.
    Mix in onion.
    Pour butter and cream over all.
    Season to taste and stir gently. Cover and chill overnight.
    Remove casserole from refrigerator 2 hours before baking.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
