Karen'S Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

12 canned pineapple rings, reserve juice
2 sticks butter, softened
brown sugar
12 maraschino cherries
1 box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
1 small box lemon instant pudding mix
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
water, enough to make 1 1/4 c. when added to reserved pineapple juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Use 1 stick butter to heavily coat bottom and lightly coat sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle bottom of pan with brown sugar.
Arrange pineapple rings in pan and place 1 cherry in the center of each ring.
