Whole Wheat Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. warm water
5 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine or vegetable shortening
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix together yeast, sugar and water.
Set aside.
Sift together flour and salt.
Blend into flour mixture the margarine (or shortening).
Make a well in flour mixture.
Add yeast mixture and 2 well beaten eggs.
Blend well.
Place dough in greased bowl; turn to grease all sides.
Cover and place in refrigerator overnight or for several hours.
Roll out or shape rolls.
Place in a greased pan.
Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours before baking.
Bake 10 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven.
Unused dough may be kept in refrigerator for several days.
