Chocolate Cookie Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
Put in saucepan or microwave and bring to a boil the butter or margarine, water and cocoa. Mix together eggs, soda, buttermilk, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour cocoa mixture over flour mixture.
Add buttermilk mixture and mix well.
Pour into greased jelly roll pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
