Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    6 slices bacon
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. light cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Remove from skillet and crumble. Drain off fat.
    Return 1 tablespoon fat to skillet.
    Add onion and cook until tender, but not browned.
    Place bacon, onion and cheese in pie shell.
    Blend together eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
    Pour over mixture in pie shell.
    Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 until mixture is firm and light brown, about 45 minutes.
