Lemon Butter Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
4 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Cream the butter, sugar, lemon peel and salt. Gradually add lemon juice.
If necessary, add a drop or two of water for right consistency. Top with coconut, if desired.
