Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

3 lb. chicken, cooked and diced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix soup with sour cream. Crush crackers. Add poppy seed and margarine. Make 2 layers, starting with chicken, then soup/sour cream mixture, then Ritz/poppy seed mixture.
Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
