N A C Penicillin Chicken Soup(Serves 6 To 10 People) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 bag carrots, skinned and chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
4 yellow onions, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 lb. egg noodles
1 bunch fresh spinach
Preparation

Put whole chicken, cleaned, into large pot of water (1 to 2 gallons).
Add salt, garlic and onions.
Bring to boil and skim top prior and during boiling.
Add chopped carrots and celery. After chicken has boiled for 10 to 20 minutes, remove, skin and debone.
Dice chicken meat and put back in pot.
Bring back to a boil and add Italian seasonings and spinach.
Cook 2 to
5 minutes.
