Six-Week Muffin Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl; cover and store in refrigerator.
    When ready for muffins, fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Store rest of batter in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks, using as needed.
