Ingredients

1 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. nonfat dairy whipped topping
ground cinnamon (for garnish)
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, except whipped topping and cinnamon, until blended.
Spoon into two dessert dishes.
Cover and refrigerate or serve immediately.
