Texas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin steak
    1 green pepper, sliced into strips
    2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 small green onions, chopped
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Cook sirloin steak on grill to desired doneness.
    Slice into 1/4 inch strips.
    Place in 8 x 11.5 x 2 inch pan.
    Add green pepper, tomatoes and onions.
    Mix vinegar, salad oil and garlic and pour over meat and vegetables.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
    Serves 2 to 3.
