Mixed Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mixed vegetables
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Drain vegetables and mix celery, onion, mayonnaise, shredded cheese and bread crumbs.
    Spoon this mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine 2 tablespoons margarine with crackers; sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until bubbly.
