Chuck Roast Oregano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chuck roast or California roast
1 large can tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 pkg. vermicelli spaghetti
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix salt, pepper and vinegar and add to meat.
You can do this day before baking roast.
Brown meat in 400\u00b0 oven in large roast pan for 20 minutes.
Lower oven to 350\u00b0 or 325\u00b0.
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce to chopped onion.
Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
Cook vermicelli when meat is cooked.
Add vermicelli and serve with a salad.
