Fresh Raspberry Kuchen - cooking recipe

2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour, divided use
1 c. sugar, divided use
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. margarine, melted
2 egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla, divided use
1 1/2 c. plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
1 slightly beaten egg
1 1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
Preparation

If using frozen raspberries, thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes. Drain. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
