Squash Pie With Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. hot milk
    pinch of allspice
    1 unbaked crust
Preparation
    Mix well and bake in 8 to 9-inch pie crust at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Lower heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes longer or until a knife blade comes out clean.
    Serve hot or cold.
    May be topped with a dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip when served.
