A-1 Best Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. walnuts, crushed
3 oz. pecans, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted
sprinkle of cinnamon
sprinkle of Splenda
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 eggs (add last)
2 tsp. vanilla
Splenda to taste
Preparation

Mix nuts, butter, sprinkle of cinnamon and sprinkle of Splenda together and press into bottom of 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
Blend cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, Splenda and eggs to make filling.
Blend until very smooth.
Pour in pie plate.
Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set (in water bath) pan with 1-inch or so of water.
Chill for 2 hours.
Store in refrigerator.
