Florentine Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lasagna noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. light cream or half and half
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
    Cool in large bowl of ice water; set aside. Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of butter 5 minutes.
    Combine spinach, onion, Mozzarella cheese, sour cream and 1 egg.
    Set aside.
    Melt 1/4 cup butter in saucepan.
    Stir in flour, instant bouillon and pepper.
    Stir in milk and cream.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir for 1 minute.
