Mimi'S Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. Baker's chocolate
    1 stick butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Melt in double boiler the butter and chocolate.
    Add sugar, egg, vanilla, flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder and all the pecans you wish.
    Mix lightly and pour in pan.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
    This makes a chewy brownie.
