Cheese Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large and 1 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 glass Old English cheese spread (Kraft)
3/4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation

Cream together with fork; shape and fold in chopped nuts and dried parsley flakes (sprinkled over wax paper).
Coat the cheese log thoroughly with this mixture.
Refrigerate wrapped in wax paper until serving time.
