Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 shredded carrot
    8 oz. stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix butter and stuffing.
    Place half into bottom of long casserole dish.
    Boil zucchini until tender. Drain well.
    Mix zucchini with onion, soup, sour cream and carrot. Put this mixture in pan.
    Top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
