Cake Style Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    2 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. melted margarine
    1 2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Add other ingredients and stir until just mixed.
    Cook in 9 x 13-inch pan at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Can be made in cupcake pans using liners.
    Makes 24.
