Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 c. coconut
1 baked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch.
Beat egg yolks slightly, add with milk to sugar and cook until thickens.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Put into baked crust.
