Egg And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices sourdough bread
    1 lb. Polish kielbasa
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 soup cans milk
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cube bread.
    Slice kielbasa thin.
    Place bread in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Cover with cheese, then kielbasa.
    Beat together eggs, mustard, soup and milk (I use a blender).
    Pour over bread, cheese and kielbasa.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake next day at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
