Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 box macaroni and cheese
    1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and cheese according to directions on box. Brown ground chuck, onions and bell peppers; drain. Mix all ingredients together, except cheese, and place in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Then add grated cheese on top and cook until melted.
