Irish Rag Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Separate egg yolks and whites.
    Add egg yolks, flour, baking powder and milk.
    Beat egg whites and fold in last.
    Pour into 9-inch cake pans.
    Bake between 350\u00b0 and 375\u00b0 about 20 or 25 minutes.
