Garlic Eye Roast(Especially For The Grill) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium to large eye round roast
    1 clove fresh garlic
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Take the roast and make holes in it at different places.
    Use the end of a sharp knife (about 1 inch deep).
    Insert pieces of garlic into holes (make sure they are well into the meat).
    Salt and pepper.
    Wrap roast in aluminum foil.
    Set it in a deep pan (metal or aluminum is good for the grill).
    Cover the grill.
    Cook about 2 hours, checking regularly (less if you like your meat rare).
