Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 thawed frozen whipped topping
    2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
    1 ripe banana, mashed
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place cooked rice in medium saucepan.
    Add milk and sugar; stir.
    Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
    Reduce heat to medium; simmer until thick and creamy, about 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Pour into medium bowl, stir in vanilla; cool.
    Fold in remaining ingredients just before serving.
