Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium eggplants
    1 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef in butter until no longer pink.
    Chop onions.
    Peel and chop eggplants.
    Cook eggplants and onion in pressure cooker for 6 to 8 minutes, longer in open pot.
