Sauteed Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large cucumbers
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    6 oz. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel cucumbers.
    Quarter lengthwise and remove seeds.
    Cut on slant into diamond shapes.
    Melt butter in a large, heavy pan and saute cucumbers in butter for 7 to 10 minutes; add milk and heat to warm.
    Toss cheese with flour and add slowly to cucumbers. Season with salt and pepper.
