Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    4 or 5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Sift together flour and salt; cut in shortening with a pastry blender until pieces are the size of peas. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. of water over part of the mixture at a time; gently mix with a fork and push to the side of the bowl. Repeat this process until all of the flour mixture has been moistened. Gather up dough with hands and form into a ball. Divide the dough in half. Roll out on floured paper. Makes two 10 inch crusts.
