Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's creamy chicken mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 c. sliced cooked zucchini
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    In
    2-quart
    microwave
    casserole, combine all ingredients, except stuffing mix and butter.
    Cover and microwave for 5 minutes;
    remove
    from microwave and stir.
    Cover and microwave for
    3
    minutes
    more.
    Remove
    from
    microwave and cover mixture with
    stuffing mix, which has been tossed with butter. Return to microwave and cook for another minute.
    Makes about 6 cups.
