Gourmet Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    4 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1/3 can tomato soup (no more or chili will be too sweet)
    1/3 tsp. red pepper
    1/3 tsp. cumin
    5 heaping tsp. chili powder
    5 whole bay leaves
    4 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic until brown.
    Saute ground chuck until brown, then drain grease.
    Add all ingredients to meat.
    Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
