Spinach Souffle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 (10 oz.) can beef broth, heated
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, thawed
    4 boiled eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. crisp bacon
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water and heated broth.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add salt, lemon juice, salad dressing, chopped spinach, green onion, eggs and bacon.
    Mix well.
    Pour into mold and refrigerate until ready to serve.
