Congealed Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. diced cucumber
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve lime jello in boiling water and let thicken.
    Blend remaining ingredients and fold into partially congealed jello. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
