Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 (16 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Cook both broccoli and rice according to directions on package and then mix together in casserole dish.
Melt butter in saucepan and add Velveeta cheese.
Stir until melted.
Add cream of mushroom soup and mix well.
