Tillamook Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 small onion, minced
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
    1 c. grated Tillamook cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut up zucchini and cook in small amount of water until tender and nearly dry.
    Mash and mix with other ingredients.
    Place in well-greased casserole and top with additional grated cheese and bake at 375\u00b0 until puffed and golden brown.
    Serves 6.
