Cranberry Dessert Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
    2 c. fresh cranberries, chopped
    1 banana, diced
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. Eagle Brand milk
    Juice of 2 lemons
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 small container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Place 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers in 8 x 8-inch dish.
    Mix milk, lemon juice, vanilla and chopped pecans.
    Set aside.
    Mix cranberries, banana and sugar; spread over layer of wafers.
    Spread milk mixture over cranberry layer.
    Cover with Cool Whip and top with the remaining wafers.
    Chill.
    Keeps 2 to 3 days.
