Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 large onions
    2 cans chopped tomatoes
    2 pods garlic, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. black pepper
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    6 Tbsp. syrup
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat with chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Finely chop onions and garlic together.
    Brown garlic, onion and meat in a large pot.
    Drain well.
    Add tomatoes.
    Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Skim off grease.
    Add molasses or syrup to taste.
