Pork And Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked pork loin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
    2 c. blanched broccoli flowerets
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 can (16 oz.) unpeeled apricot halves in juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    dash of white pepper
Preparation
    Drain apricots, reserving 1/2 cup syrup.
    Place pork, apricot halves, broccoli and celery in a large bowl.
