Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Melt chocolate, butter and salt.
    Add the sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring as you add.
    Add the evaporated milk, a little at a time, and continue stirring until well mixed.
    Serve hot over ice cream.
    Store in refrigerator.
